Got rear ended by a truck driver and was overwhelmed by the amount of lawyers vying for my case, but Farah Law Firm came recommended from my kids' pediatrician and I gave them a shot. They've been a tremendous help and took care of everything with the case. I obviously wouldn't recommended getting injured as I did, but if it does happen, I do highly recommend Farah Law Firm to handle your case. After a long struggle with workman Comp. I was referred to Marc Whitehead & Associates for working on short term disability while recovering after a L5-S1 fusion. While I was going thru recovery in the hospital, I noticed the pain in my lower back had worsen, and I had no feelings down my right leg. The Doctor ensures me that the pain would pass and the feelings to my right leg would come back. It’s been over 2 years since the surgery and the pain is still there and the feeling has not come back to my right leg. Marc Whitehead & Associates team has been with me thru every step of the way and answered all of the questions concerns I had that the doctors should have done from the beginning. Workman comp, shut off benefits, and Marc Whitehead and team, went to work ensuring short/long term benefits were reestablished. I went to a new doctor to get a second opinion. Doctor found out thru another MRI and nerve conduction study, that there is still never damage from my lower back to my right leg. The doctor believes what happen, thru the second MRI there are nerves that have been pinch in the first surgery and fused together causing serve pain to my lower back and no feeling to the right leg. I would have to go thru another surgery to correct the first surgery, but there are no guarantees the nerves will regenerate. I had Marc Whitehead & Associates team file for Social Security Disability while I attempt to have Workman Comp pay for the second surgery and recovery. They worked on my case for almost 2 years with answering all question and kept me updated on all changes and hearings for my Social Security Disability while fighting to keep my long-term Disability thru my employer insurance. I would have been a statistic to the work industry if it would have not been for Marc Whitehead & Associates. Hats off to Marc Whitehead & Associate, I would recommend them to family and friends because of the amount of respect I received while being with them and the kind atmosphere shown to me has been top notch.
