She’ll go for months without answering emails, calls, voicemails, messages you leave with her representative. She charged so much and did nothing! I never went to court with her because of how long she took and she still had the nerve to charge me all those emails I kept resending because of her lack of response. She’s rude, she doesn’t care. Do not get this attorney unless you want to waste money, patients, make your situation 10 times worse because you are practically going through this alone!

Waste of money! She just took the retainer $1200 and never did anything with my case. Very unprofessional, hard to get a hold of, would only respond in emails the first couple times after that I didn't hear back from her. Dessirae the receptionist only says she'll email Villasenor for you then responds with a dry response. Still waiting for a response from Villasenor by the way, going on two months now! Ridiculous. My advice; stay far away from this 'law' firm!

I was not satisfied w this attorney.. Waste of money and time. She was beat in a family law case against a pro se defendant. Now my kids are the ones suffering.I had to rate one star to post. But I wouldn't rate any if given the chance. Where is the justice!
