Whatever you do Do not hire this man! This guy is a piece of sh**! Even if he's a court appointed lawyer ask for a new one. This guy is a quick sell out and he told one is his clients that he's guilty right there. No evidence for a conversation. He works with the D A in supporting convictions. He doesn't care about his clients. Don't waste your money on this guy. If he's appointed ask for a new attorney right away! He doesn't even take the time to talk with his clients he's only there when there's court and even then he doesn't even speak up for his clients. Sell out lawyer! Don't waste your time with this guys

I tried to get this lawyer for a case of mine and they did so many violations. They gave information to others that they weren't supposed to. Hippa violation. This needs attention to the Texas lawyers bar. Violations all day. Given information without asking whom they are speaking with. Very poor phone ethic of dorin. This needs attention. If in medical field we get in hot water for hippa violation so is this office. No questions asked just gave information out. Wow..

I was very satisfied with the representation Mr. Hernandez provided. I talked to several other attorney's before hiring Mr. Hernandez and decided to go with him. Im glad I did because he really cared about my case and went to great lengths to get my case dismissed. I would highly recommend Mr. Hernandez to anyone needing legal assistance.

I had a pretty simple auto injury case, with witnesses, a 911 call, and a police report in my favor. Working out of his house, Mr. Hernandez agreed to take my case. He would have his small staff acquire more detailed medical records than what I'd been able to provide them with, and would keep me updated. However, no apparent progress was ever made by them. For months afterwards I was being told that they were still attempting to get my medical papers, even though they didn't amount to much more than a single neurologist visit, an MRI, and some physical therapy sessions. Finally, after nearly four months, they claimed to have received them and would begin preparing my case. But that statement was unceremoniously followed a month later by an impersonal letter stating they decided not to take my case. All told, Hernandez wasted five months of my time and, in my opinion, hurt my chances at receiving a favorable outcome. I went to his office to collect the medical records they supposedly had gotten on my behalf, but his staff wouldn't give them to me without his permission. Attempts at reaching him by phone or receiving a call from him repeatedly failed. The next lawyer I hired apparently never received a reply from Hernandez either concerning the phantom medical records, which meant that my new lawyer would have to start from scratch.

Could not argue his way out of a paper bag. I was charged with a something I was completely innocent of. There was no evidence but yet he still could not get it dismissed. Forced to take a plea because he convinced me that I would get convicted because of statements that I later learned were inadmissible. No communication. Shows up late to court. Always rushed. Never prepared. Strongly considering filing a malpractice suit because he is completely incompetent.
