Lawyer Nava is an extremely competent Attorney with a vast amount of expertise in her profession! First of all, she listens! I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Perez today on a legal matter. I'm not one to jump to write a review, however, it is so well deserved! I arrived somewhat lost with regards to a legal situation, however, Mr. Perez explained everything to a tee and in simple terms. He was extremely professional and courteous and he provided me with excellent advice for my case! Upon meeting with Mr. Perez, it became immediately evident that he is a brilliant attorney! He did not rush at all... I quickly realized that he sincerely wants to help his clients! Just an all around great attorney! On another note, the staff was super helpful and a real pleasure! 05/02/2024: I just wanted to come back on here and say that Alyssa did reach out and apologized for the communication issues. She took the time to hear me out and my frustrations and we worked to resolve the issue. Alyssa has been a tremendous lawyer as stated in other reviews. I am glad she reached out and I was able to get over my initial frustrations. Highly recommend! I spoke to Alyssa the first time I called and thought she was excellent. I told her I just needed a day to get things in order before moving forward with her as my attorney. After that, I've been ghosted by her and the entire staff at the law firm. I’ve called Alyssa’s phone and left voicemails but no answer or call back. I've called the firm directly and spoken to numerous receptionists who have taken my info, time and time again, promising me they would pass it along to her but no callback. So I'm not sure if my business is no good for her or if possibly her staff is just that incompetent to not pass my information and messages to her. Either way, I am extremely disappointed. I thought Alyssa was great when we first spoke, but since then it's just been the complete opposite. So unprofessional from this entire firm.
