All the lawyers and staff at Davie, Valdez & Mcelroy, P.C. are great. They took the time and answered all my questions and put me at ease when I was fired from my job. They told me what steps to take and ultimately helped me set up a mediation where i got my job back. And all of this without charging me anything! There are many attorneys in El Paso who tell you the same thing or just don't want to take your case for wrongful termination. When I was looking for an attorney to help me for my wrongful termination case, i got looked at different at every single law firm by their staff. All i heard was the same thing over and over. When you call they take your call, never saying they'll call you back or their busy, and answer any questions or even if you are just wanting to get any updates. If you email, they respond very quickly. Valdez and McElroy helped me with my case and were EXCELLENT!!! They got me more than what I expected in my lawsuit!
