Karin very patiently worked with my mother to prepare her will several years ago and later helped us to fulfill her desires by processing the needed filings and transactions for disposition of the assets. Karin is both professional and compassionate.

Karin handled a probate case for me that I doubt any other lawyer could have completed. It involved many family members, some who were nowhere to be found & others who were difficult to deal with. She served Affidavits, located missing Trusts & obtained Certified copies of the missing Will having to go through Illinois Co Clerks office. What made the entire process do-able was her understanding of Probate law in a the situation that was very complex. She was recommended to me by a Real Estate lawyer who handles Probates but he could not handle my case on account of its difficulty. She's simply the best.

I posted that I wanted a release as a beneficiary looked at and she let me know within hours I need a lawyer in the state my parent died in to tell me what rights are per that state not tx. Wow, thanks! Saved me waiting for the county referral service here to reopen after holidays

Karin helped me with the sale of my home involving an International Guardianship challenge. She made it look so simple I wondered why the 2 prior lawyers couldn't get it done. The only bad thing is I can no longer make bad lawyer jokes.
