Stay away! Robert Lovett will delay your case, deny his failure to do his due diligence. and expect him to shout uncontrollably and use vulgar language. When I found out he lied about one of my largest medical bills he said had been written off and the factoring company informed me that he was ignoring all communication from them. He ignored my phone calls, his staff said they didn’t know where he was or why he was not responding. This went on for two months of no communication. When I finally got hold of him, he requested a couple of months to handle this mess. Which resulted in three years of him holding on to my settlement and using his personal discretion of what he would release money to me for or what in his words, “I am not paying for that”. This attorney has his CON down to a science. If any of this sounds familiar. Expose him, don’t let him take more victims. And yes, he has very deep pockets to fill with our settlements. He is antagonizing, arrogant, condescending and fails on every level to meet the Code of Ethics set forth for Attorneys.

Hello. I hired Robert L. Lovett after meeting with him in his Las Cruces, NM Offices. Robert was referred to me to settle my case by an attorney in Richardson, Texas. After I asked the first attorney to sue the insurance company, this first attorney referred me to Robert. The first attorney was appointed to me by the masseuse and chiropractor who treated me after my crash. I an Blessed that the case went to Robert Lovett, Esquire. He is my kind of attorney. And I've had a year of Law School at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. Studying law was the most educational year of my life. The case was settled to my great satisfaction. Sure, I might have mentioned that I suffered brain damage in my bicycle versus motor vehicle accident. But just because I talk more than I did before the crash as a result of my helmeted-head hitting "the deck" ( which the docs now term "brain damage"), I didn't choose to mention what I know to be brain damage. I also didn't mention perhaps further damage to my Left knee, hip, and back. I ain't twenty years-old any longer. I'm happy to be talking and reasoning quite well, My knee is well. The back as well as can be expected after all the skiing, motorcycling, bicycling and bicycle racing, two or three car crashes, and even crashing my head into a low-hanging, sharp-edged, steel box in my local market in Chiang Mai, Thailand. That was three stitches and probably a concussion. Phew! With regular swimming, cycling, some shoulder exercises, meditation, and yoga, the knee, back, shoulders, and head are well.
