Everyone was very professional, they kept me updated on my case and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this Law Firm to anybody. Mr. Murray and his team are amazing! Very satisfied! After being on my second car accident, which wasn't my fault. I had Brian loncar & associates in the past and it was such a horrible experience. Never again. After seeing commercials of the Lovett Law Firm, I decided to call them. I still remember them having me go in ASAP. I got to meet Mr. Lovett and he made me feel at ease. He explained to me in details what the process would be. I knew I could trust them, unlike loncar. The case was settled in no time! Russell put over $11K in my pocket after medical bills and even attorney fees were paid for. & went above and beyond for me! Ms. Yvonne, sweetest person ever! Any questions I had, she would answer them. I never spent more than 30 minutes in their office. Everything was quick and straight to the point. They are so professional, polite and kind. They know what you're going through and are very compassionate. Definitely recommend them to anyone! Even to my own friends and family. Thank you again!

Pass appointment time with 35 min but otherwise ok

Mr. Lovett that is because I am not a Mr., my case kept getting handed down with no proper handoff ( I happened to call to be told new person in charge of your case) I wasn't given any updates unless I called. It went from being contacted, to weeks, to months before I would get a reply.

In 2014, I was hit by a van while bicycling. I suffered broken bones, road rash, a torn ligament, a minor concussion, and more. It took two months before I could walk again. While in the hospital, my wife decided to call Lovett. The legal secretary met with us and said they would take 30% of each disbursement (my insurance and the driver’s). Months later, Lovett ended up with a few thousand dollars more than I came away with. My wife made an appointment with Lovett to discuss why he ended up with more money than we did. Lovett began to make his argument, which is too long for this review, however, what really angered me is when he said that he had kids to put through college. He also said that not many other attorneys could have gotten as much money for me as he did. I could barely believe my ears. I left with so much resentment for Lovett that I knew I couldn't let this whole incident pass until I wrote this review. Not a day goes by that I'm not reminded of my accident by the residual pain. My body has healed as best as it could, but it will never be the same.
