Want to say out of all choices in El Paso Mr. Ruben was the best one, he was completely understanding and even helped me with dealing with Tricare! He is very honest and upfront of the whole process nothing is hidden and there is no catches to anything he does, he truly did his best to get the best case scenario for me! 10/10 would go back if needed again.

I highly recommend Mr Ruben Ortiz and his staff, don't hesitate to call if you're in trouble. They are very professional and they get results! All I can say is I went with D Mena and he took my money, saw no work done so I went on and retained Mr. Ortiz to represent me and let me tell you he had my case moving in a week and case dismissed after 6 months. Waiting a whole 7 yrs took him only 6 months… Thank you Mr. Ortiz!!!!
