I wanted some information about my son and as a non-custodial parent that is not always easy. So, I decided to give Ruben Ortiz a call in hopes he could help me with my situation. I was able to schedule a consultation and during our call Mr. Ortiz seemed very genuine. He listened, understood where I was coming from and gave me some solid advise. He let me know there were things I could do on my own to obtain the information, but assured me he would do whatever it takes to help if needed.
