I hope nobody ever has to see themselves dealing with anything on the wrong side of the system. If you do, getting representation is a must! Mr Ortiz and his team heard me out while I was in tears and took my case. They fought for me to have the best outcome. Natalie, who helped oversee my case, always replied to my emails and constantly reassured me that I was going to be ok. Natalie was very knowledgeable in the details of my case and I can't rave enough about her, definitely hope she gets a nice bonus at the end of the year. Mr Ortiz, is a down to earth and funny man with confidence, grit, and knowledge that is necessary to go up against any charges you may be facing. He will fight for you in every step in court. He helped me win milestones in my case that seemed hopeless and at the end of the day helped me get my case dismissed. This process is long and it can take a toll on anyone. They're not what they used to be. I had first hired them at age 17, which would be about 10 years ago. Overall, I was satisfied with their work in the past. However, last year, they were handling my case poorly to the point I was trying to talk to someone about it to get my issues resolved. Nothing moved past talking to a gentleman named Saul, and let's just say Saul wasn't helpful at all. Not even willing to hear what I had to say, it got to the point that he suggested for them to withdraw from my case since I didn't like how they were handling it. Well, when I'm being accused of committing a crime I didn't do and it's being fight like I did do it, then best believe I'm not going to like how it's being handled. Them withdrawing from my case was actually the best thing they did for me for that. I ended up mostly handling it all by myself and finding a new attorney around Remcon and Mesa who actually was willing to listen to my issues. Maybe once upon a time, this firm was all it was cracked out to be, but not anymore. They're probably good to help you with simple traffic tickets, however, if you want them to fight for you for something you are innocent for and are being accused of then I would HIGHLY not recommend this firm.
