Ruben Ortiz is an excellent attorney. The office gives you cell phone numbers and they always get back with you quickly. That is hard to find in an attorney. Him and his associates got my case dismissed. Thank you so much for taking my case at the last moment and winning! Highly recommend this attorneys office.

I DID NOT see this attorney, however I did call their office. I'm trying to help a family member in El Paso find a good attorney for his divorce. I chose to give Mr Ortiz a shot even though he has a good amount of negative reviews, because he has so many good reviews as well. The woman that answered the phone was nice (which is why I gave the 2nd star), however when I asked to know what the cost was to start a divorce I was advised that a $50 consult would be required to speak about the cost of a divorce. No thanks.

My case was dismissed!!

When I needed legal assistance for the second time in El Paso I already knew where to go for the finest. Ruben Ortiz and his staff worked endlessly to ensure that my case was won. I cannot say it was an easy win but through the fight Ruben always promised that a deal was made to our advantage. I got charged with dwi and what Ruben was able to do was 1.expunge my record from before, 2. Get the dwi to go into a PTD program which will be dismissed if followed by its terms. I was very much impressed also on Ruben’s team who didn’t speak for him or me if it wasn’t the honest thing to do, always made sure Ruben was present in court and was prepared to handle all the twists and curves the court threw our way.
