My husband needed a lawyer. We went to Mr. Ortiz. Him and his office personnel were always prompt and very well informed. My husband's case was dismissed! We can sleep well now. Thank you Mr. Ortiz!!!!

Mr. Ortiz was with me all the way on my case. He is the best Attorney in town tow. I was accused of domestic violence and got me a dismissal. If you ever find your self in a situation call his office. The best people in the world.

I called Ruben Ortiz’s law office to inquire about criminal expunction. He was busy the day that I called so I left my information. When he called me back he apologized about not being available when I called. I explained my deal to Ruben and he suggested that I request a copy of my criminal record from the county so that he can better assist me. I already had a copy and I asked if I could e-mail it to him. I heard and felt the hesitation to my request but I also heard and felt his commitment to duty. My instinct is that the email would have acted as some sort of soft contract before even discussing price or availability. Instead, he asked me to send him a photo of the judgment via text and he would see what he can do. After sending the photo he called me back a few minutes later and explained to me what he could do. In my situation, it would not have behooved me to pay for a non-disclosure because I had a separate count that could not be sealed nor expunged due to a plea. Ruben was totally honest with me and did not want me to waste my money just so that he can earn some. I appreciated that. He also did not have to even review my paperwork but he did. He was completely professional over the phone and not once did he make me feel like a criminal or as though he was superior. If I ever need legal counsel or know someone who does I would totally recommend The Law Offices of Ruben Ortiz.

I went in to get a consultation for my 11:00 appointment. I was there for an hour because they didn’t tell us ahead of time that it was a first come first serve basis. He scheduled all his appointment at that time and we didn’t see him until 12. When we finialy saw him, he was very condescending and rude. He didn’t know how he wanted to handle my case and made it seem more difficult than it was. Tried to charge me $2500 for something that another lawyer charged me not even a quarter of that and just had to make a few phone calls. He tried to rush us out and was only in there for no more than 3 minuets. Strongly don’t recommend and wouldn’t rely on him with my life.

Had a motor vehicle accident and Mr. Ortiz and his staff helped me and the I am very pleased with the outcome and service!
