Went to Mr. Flores with a custody case. He made himself available and everyone from his team, from Gilda (Paralegal) to Mr. Flores, made me feel as if my case was top priority. I don't have much experience with Attorneys but it became immediately evident to me that Mr. Flores has the experience (and more specifically, experience in El Paso courts) to maneuver any situation. My case went through many steps as the opposing counsel exhausted every tool and loophole they had. Mr. Flores and his team were not fazed and handled it all like professionals who have been there before. Without disparaging the opposing counsel, Mr. Flores dominated every step of the way. Case went in my favor. I'm a father in Texas who has custody of his child. What more can you say? Last thing I want to mention, there were times when I was worried. Not only was Gilda always available and quick to respond, Mr. Flores personally spoke with me and put my worries to ease. I am forever grateful for Mr. Flores, Gilda, and the rest of the team. My child has a wonderful life and after all the roadblocks and shut doors, Mr. Flores, Gilda, and his team fought for us. At the end of the day, you need experience and not just experience but experience in the courts of the County you have a case. Mr. Flores, Gilda, and the rest have that and more.
