This was my lawyer for many years. He was a very good man. We didn’t meet on great terms, but he became one of the people I looked up to and admired. He was always there for me not just as my lawyer, but I also as my friend he even represented me without me having to pay him he was a very good man and he will be very much missed. Thank you Victor para for everything you did for me but you rest in peace and God bless you.

Greatest attorney in town he did what he said he would he got me and my son back together after years of being separated he did it with me as sole custody he is an amazing attorney and any parent looking to get your kids back i recommend him completely he went above and beyond proving to me and to el paso why he is one of the number 1 attorneys in el paso. I have nothing but gratitude for mr parra now i get to wake up with my son next to me we are the happiest we can be.

I hired Mr. Parra about a year ago. He told me everything I wanted to hear and assured me he would work hard on my case. He didn't do anything for me until I made all my payments, which is understandable. After I paid all my payments he got me a court date really soon, which I really appreciated. Once we got in front of the judge his demeanor changed. He only addressed one of my concerns and everything else we spoke about he failed to mention. I had to directly speak to the judge and Mr. Parra did not like that. He even told me , "Mr. Martinez don't speak." After that court date I never heard back from him. Only text messages from his paralegal Lupe. She would text me about calls that Mr. Parra had scheduled with me that never happened. All my court hearings are now being delayed or rescheduled and Lupe will notify me an hour before the hearing when I already took time off work. Then they blame me for not calling ahead of time to make sure I'm be available for said date. I would have been better off representing myself or waiting the 2 years for the legal aid to call me back.
