Horrible experience. 4 years later I find myself dealing with unpaid medical bills that apparently I agreed to dismiss and/or pay off at a later date-not certain, I’m still confused. The response I got -You should have been smart enough to read before signing off-. Lesson learned. If you like waiting for answers and being belittled when you have questions, by all means contact them right away.

Very rude no communication with their clients

I would recommend another lawyer. The person I dealt with was ok returned my calls..but in the end of a roll over I only got like 5grand and then was called back in cause my medical Bill's were paid by my insurance and was given like another 5. 10 grand for a roll over that was not my fault . I didnt get a single paper and noticed at end that other company paid over 100 g. Wow must be nice to get that oh wait that's right I only got 10

They are very good lawyers. They helped my husband and me after a drunken driver hit us almost 2 years ago. They still working on my case.

This entire experience was horrible. I was always calling them and not one time did they call me. I was even the one to call in and find out the final paperwork was ready to be signed. At that I had told them from the beginning that I was receiving bills from a collections agency. Rebecca brushed it off like it didn't matter. Then when I come in to sign the final paperwork there's at least one bill not taken care of so they take that payment from my money. If they couldn't take care of the bills how do I know they took care of everything else? Rebecca was rude and spoke to my wife in a demeaning manner over the phone and in person. Stay away from this firm unless you want to be left in the dark and shotty legal workers who talk down on you as if your the scum of the earth.

Please, seek other attorneys! Everything, from customer service with attitudes, to no calls returned. Hard to reach anyone to keep you updated on what is going on with your case. It took forever! Headaches, each time you dealt with them. So inconsiderates. They refer you to the worst chiropractors too! I regret having them to represent me. Please save your time. To top it off, I never got to meet Brian Loncar!

I had a wonderful experience. The Brian Loncar Law firm did a great job. Beautiful customer service. My lawyer even drove out to where I work, to bring me my paperwork. All my medical bills were paid off. Thank you!
