Very one sided attorney. Who's has stated that Disabled Veterans are frauds, but misrespresents them at every opportunity. To my misfortune he represented me in Family Court. At a time where I was literally making decisions between rent and ramen. Davis is a true representation of the "pay to play" attitude that plaques the Family Court system. Mark Davis states "he never represented me". This is a false claim on his part when there is evidence that shows he did indeed represent me.

I will be forever grateful and indebted to this law office and all the great things they have done for me and my family. With the utmost professionalism they have fought and persisted to being us fairness before the court. The two attorneys Mr Davis and Mr Mansouraty are exceptional in their dedication and knowledge of the law. Additionally, the office staff to include Josh are always accessible, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. I unequivocally give them a first class rating.

Extremely overpriced for an uncontested divorce, then at the end. Took my certified copies and said I can have them back in a week, called multiple times asking when I can pick them up and just found out they sent it to my old address saying I told them too which I did not. And then told me to pay for more certified copies and get them from the court.

I cannot express the amount of assistance George and crew has done for me regarding my case. Phenomenal work! STAY AWAY! Where do I even start... I used this firm to file for divorce. As an active duty officer, I was located in Virginia and getting ready to deploy, so I told their office that I NEED to know that while deployed, they will be easy to communicate with so that we could keep the ball rolling. That was my number one priority. While in Iraq, I would send emails frequently to George, only to get replies when I would state that I’ll be reaching out to Mark, as this is actually his firm. Getting my ex wife served took three months because this law firm made one or two phone calls to my ex-wife to try getting her served and then stopped any other attempts. They stated that they were waiting for her to call back since they left messages with her. Why would she call back to be served?! This was a contested divorce proceeding because she did not want the divorce. Once that was finally done, they continued to be complacent in their attempts to get the divorce done. While I was in Iraq, I went six weeks without even getting a reply back from George even after countless emails practically begging for him to please reply back as I needed help. Each time that I emailed begging for a reply to my previous unaddressed questions or concerns, I was even charged for them! In the rare occasion that I was actually able to call the office, his secretary would always say that he was out of the office and will call me back or email me back and that literally never happened. This was aggravating and stressful on a whole other level as I was doing this from a war zone. If you are hoping to have a proactive attorney who cares and advocates for you... hell... if you want something as simple as an attorney who will make time to talk to you or send you an email with updates or answers to your questions, this is NOT your best option. Mark is no better. He pretended that he cared, even stating “if you feel like your case is not being handled the way it should, you call me”. Then when I called him, he put me on conference call with himself, George, and Josh and made a mockery of the situation to the point that I said “okay, we’re done. Thanks and have a nice day.” What can you do when the crook protects the crook (rhetorically speaking)? It took a punishing and exhausting year and a half of having to deal with these absent attorneys to finally get my divorce finalized from the time I consulted with Mr Mark T Davis. My divorce decree had about 6 iterations because I kept having to send it back for edits and when returned back to me, the errors were still there. George didn’t even take the time to make sure they were corrected, which delayed things. My court date got pushed back two times because of failures by this duo. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere... anywhere else!

Terrible lawyers. George and Mark are crooks and overpriced lawyers. Both of them lied and said they care about the case, but during the court hearing wasn't prepared, couldn't remember witnesses names or anything. I had 3 witnesses and the other party had none and I still loss. I also have full custody of my other 2 children and I have no felonies and I don't drink or any issues and George still failed to defend me. These two men are the worst lawyers I have ever met and I have met many lawyers in Texas and in different states. They don't look out for fathers like they supposedly state they do. I got business affidavits from my other kids school to use in court to show that my other two kids are excelling in school under my parenting, but George didn't use them at all and he didn't even give to the judge for an exhibit. Again I brought 3 witnesses down to Texas and he only used 2 witnesses. Like why go to court and not use everything to win right? Unless you don't plan on winning the case which is this law firms actions. They say big statements but their actions are far from what they say. Crooked lawyers, crooked people and on top they maxed child support as well. I am paying almost a thousand dollars for one child even though I am taking care of two other children. I know other fathers that are paying ridiculously less than I am for one child. I am a active duty soldier and I seriously strongly advise any father or any person to not use Mark Davis law firm. I strongly feel the court was bias towards me and the mother had advantage the whole time despite all the hoops I was jumping through to get time with my daughter. This is 2019 and almost 2020 and court rooms and lawyers are still against fathers who are stepping up and doing right for their children. When is equality going to happening?

Horrible Experience! Davis took my money nothing got done. Case was stalled my time wasted along with my money. Single fathers fighting custody I do Not recommend this law firm.

Both Mark T. Davis and George Mansouraty were excellent in handling my son's daughter's custody case. Mr. Mansouraty really worked the case and knew his laws. It was evident that Mr. Mansouraty researched and was 100% prepared to represent my son in court.It was a positive experience and I'd recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal representation. -Michelle Carrasco
