If you are military, don't go to him. He offered no help when my husband needed advise for an issue with his ex-wife. He also admitted he hates veterans and military, so definitely won't trust him with any issues we might have in the future. Will probably do more than anything to sabotage my husband for being a disabled veteran. Very sad.

So he finally did it. A while back this guy whom I hired in the matters of divorce took my money and produced nothing. Between him and my ex's lawyer, whom he admitted was a good friend, took turns delaying and after 8 months didn't produce so much as a single document. He was randomly on vacation often and I rarely got to speak with him. I was always directed to speak with a new legal aide. I am a soldier and was overseas and he took me for a ride and now he's making anti-veteran statements. Don't go here his "high" reviews are likely his employees or other...

Mark Davis was a lifesaver when he helped me recover a $14K engagement ring. The process to retain a quality lawyer in El Paso (EP) was incredibly stressful and overwhelming. Most lawyers in EP tried to jerk me around with astronomical retainer fees without explaining the process but, Mark Davis was understanding in accepting a manageable service fee while explaining the process and what to expect which ensured me peace of mind. Mark and his team kept me apprised of the progress frequently, ensured that I understood my options and most importantly, did not pressure me - the decisions were mine. I used three forms of communication: telephone, text and email. Every time I emailed him, he would respond very promptly. He is even accessible by text! I felt that Mark really put in the effort to make sure all of my questions were answered accurately during the process. Great office staff, good service, quick and easy to work with. I strongly recommend his services.

A Few Good Men comes to mind when I sit to write this review. I consider myself lucky to have read a review that lead me to his office. Mark Davis exceeded all expectations. Sharp, hardworking, considerate and a great supporting staff. I will only seek the council of the Mark T Davis firm for any future representation in the El Paso, TX area.

It has been a while since my life was impacted with getting laid off from a good paying job on September 2013. One day my girlfriend and I were watching the news and the news station broadcasted a video about attorney Davis being interviewed in regards to the child support (CS) system. So, after I saw this video ad, I said to my self: "Finally, someone that cares and is willing to fight for me against this corrupted system". The next day we went down to Mr Davis's law office to explain my situation and he stated it was going to be a very simple case for child support modification. So I booked him as my lawyer. My first hearing was set for January 2014, it was postponed for March. March came hearing was heard, but the judge didn't have a ruling, so he postponed it for July. July came and to no surprise, it was postponed again till September. I presented all the necessary documentation and credible evidence to Mr. Davis to present to the court and opposing counsel. However, I didn't see that aggression from Mr. Davis in trying to resolve my case because obviously, it keeps getting postponed without a ruling or agreement with the opposing counsel. Yet, I keep getting charged left and right with no results?! I thought this was a simple case?! Nevertheless, I am the victim here getting taken to the cleaners by my own "good faith lawyer", still paying the same high rate CS, and the opposing counsel. DON'T BELIEVE THE AD HE CREATED! IT'S TOTAL BS! DON'T BE DECEIVED AS I WAS! This is a business that charges you for everything. TRUST me I know because I am still paying the fees! Also, his staff is very unprofessional, lose your payments, and don't communicate much as they are supposed to do. All lawyers are in it to make money off you and THEY do not care and fight for you as they proclaim! The whole system is just flawed!!!

Many thanks to Mark Davis and his staff! If you need a law firm that can represent you well even if you are not present, this is the firm you need! He just represented my as the responder in a very contested divorce case, which was even more complicated by the fact that I no longer live anywhere close to El Paso, TX. At every step of the case, his preparation for the court appearances made all the difference in my case. At the final hearing, he and his staff were so prepared that the opposing counsel and my ex-wife were almost frantic to settle out of court. There are many choices for a lawyer in El Paso, but if you feel there will be a court appearance in your case, do yourself a favor and select Mark T. Davis Law. You will not find a better choice!
