Avoid Mark T. Davis Law Firm at All Costs My experience with Mark T. Davis Law Firm was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their incompetence and lack of professionalism were glaringly evident. Firstly, communication was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when I did, they seemed disinterested and uninformed about my case. Emails were often ignored or replied to weeks later with vague, unhelpful responses that left me more confused than before. Secondly, their legal expertise left much to be desired. It became evident that they were out of touch with current laws and procedures relevant to my case. This lack of knowledge resulted in costly delays and ultimately a less favorable outcome than I had hoped for. Additionally, their billing practices were suspect. I was charged exorbitant fees for basic services that should have been included in their standard representation. It felt like they were nickel-and-diming me at every turn, with little regard for the actual value they were providing. In conclusion, choosing Mark T. Davis Law Firm was a decision I deeply regret. They are unresponsive, incompetent, and exploitative. Save yourself the stress and financial burden—look elsewhere for legal representation that actually cares about your case and knows what they're doing.

I thought I had an appointment to discuss a legal matter. I even paid the $100 fee for the meeting. I confirmed the appointment on the day of and no call back. I followed up with another call and was assured I would get a call back but nothing. I followed up the next day and again nothing. Either really disorganized or just plain unprofessional.

We are very happy with the outcome of our case. Bruce would listen to our concerns and kept us focused on the issue. We were able to get this issue resolved without having to go to court.

FIND ANOTHER LAW OFFICE. This is the worst place for your legal matters because of how unprofessional the staff is, particularly Julian. I scheduled an appointment on March 7 at 11:40AM and wrote it down on my calendar as such. I called to confirm my appointment today and JULIAN informed me I didn’t have an appointment. He was very unprofessional over the phone. Didn’t seem to care that they had made a mistake. I waited from March 7 to March 21 for this appointment. He told me I wasn’t on their appointment list. There was no apology for their mistake. People have scheduled time out of their working schedule for something as big as meeting a lawyer. There was no compassion empathy or remorse for their mistake on something so time sensitive for me. Please don’t spend any time at this place. Perhaps I had to learn this way to know this is not the place I want to work on my legal personal matters. Julian should be fired for his lack of empathy, apology, and his big mistake (if he was the one I spoke to on March 7 at 11:40 to schedule the appointment to begin with). I asked him to check to see who was working that day because I definitely made an appointment on that day at that time and he said “it makes no difference.” Sure, Julian, it makes no difference to you. But it made a big difference in my legal matter. Stay away from this place. If their receptionist treats clients this way imagine how the rest of the team will treat you.

Highly recommend this law firm!! Very professional, and exceptional team. Mr. Gomez is very knowledgeable, he provided excellent guidance throughout the process which lead to a successful win. Thank you for your help

These guys are amazing! You get what you pay for! I got my 50/50. It took time. However that's the legal process. Kept my trust in them and they didn't let me down. I 100% recommend them. Update from July 26, 2024. Divorce finally done along with my child custody. Towards the end I got a new lawyer from this firm, after speaking to Andrew and conveying what I needed in the final order he made it happen! It was a big deal for me. Thanks again Mark T. Davis! I will be back in a couple of years to get my order updated for my kids.

Recently had a "issue" with a balloon payment with a contract owner financing situation. Attorney Bruce Gomez. Was my attorney out of this outfit. He gave me his cell to text and was as responsive as ever. Customer service AND an attorney?!? What a deal! Worth the money. Every cent! Did I get what I wanted out of it? Yes sir. Am I happy? Yes sir! Oh...and I'm three states down...there was no way I could do any of this myself. Thank you Attorney Gomez! Thank you!
