My fortunate experience with Mark T Davis dates back 19 years and every time he surpasses my expectations. Unfortunately, I have found myself needing the services of an attorney and there is no one else I would turn to. In town or out of town, he always comes through going out of his way to make sure everything with my case is addressed. Nothing but professionalism which begins with his staff and continues through to Mark. He will prepare you and not lead you astray as to where you stand in your case and provide you with realistic and clear expectations. His wealth of knowledge is a solid reflection of his experience which make him an excellent attorney. He has always treated me like family.

I can't say enough about Mr. Davis. I had previously hired two other attorney's in the DFW area and failed me and my children as did the system. My uncle highly recommended Mr. Davis as he had previously represented him and therefore we retained him. When I say that Mr. Davis fought for me and my children, that is an understatement. He and his team went above and beyond and they exposed the truth which resulted in a bittersweet victory. My son was reunited back with us and it was pure bliss. Mr. Davis did not settle for anything less than what we asked for and deserved. My only regret was not hiring Mr. Davis sooner. He will forever be my trustworthy attorney. I have referred others to him for his brilliant work. Communication with Mr. Davis and his team was superb! I was never left in the "unknown" or had doubts and was always put at ease. He is a very committed attorney who made his way to represent me from my hometown of El Paso to DFW. I will forever be grateful for his determination, work ethic, professionalism, efficiency and stellar representation. Don't waste your time consulting with others. Mr. Davis is absolutely marvelous!

His retainer is $2500 which I never planned on doing. My request was for legal advise and consultation on how to submit a small claims case. I even brought the paperwork needed and he couldn't even answer basic questions. I paid $100 for him to copy and paste a Google search that doesn't even apply to El Paso County 🤦. Wasted my time and money.

Great lawyers. The staff is always helpful. Best decision I could’ve made to get custody of daughter. Update- George was the best lawyer I could’ve gotten. I ended up getting custody and didn’t even have to go to final court as George worked diligently to secure my daughter’s custody. 20/10 recommend to ANYONE that needs help.

If I could give this lawyer (if you can call him that) ZERO stars I would. He didn’t do anything for my family member and only cheated them out of money. Mark blamed his incompetent assistant that left his office for not filing any single paperwork to the courthouse. Meanwhile, said “assistant” kept calling my family member to let them know “there was nothing they could do to serve the other party” and charged for all these calls. DO NOT USE this lawyer if you want any results and want to put your money to good use!!! Absolute GARBAGE took 3k upfront don’t have anything to show for it. Warning ⚠️ Stay away from this office if you want any results. Read the other 1 star reviews pretty much all the same “promises” and does absolutely nothing. Military and Veterans stay away and save your money!!!

Mr. Mark T. Davis, are u illiterate? On your reply to my review, I can clearly see you didnt understand what i wrote. And yet you have the audacity to call me silly? 😳🤦 The main point was you were never honest with me, i trusted ya and because of that i lost $1,641 all for nothing. 😏 I wish i would have listened to the bad reviews and the overall rating Atty. Mark has on here on google. 😏 On my first meeting with Atty. Mark on Feb. 1, 2023 he said he would give my home builders a 14 day warning to fix my house issues under Warranty or else he would file a lawsuit against them. But he never explained to me what would happen if my home builders (Maravilla Homes) would still deny to fix the issues. So then my case would go to arbitration and he didnt tell me how much more i would have to pay him if that happened. I thought the $2,500 he charged me at first was for my whole case. But nope once he gave my case to another of his lawyers Bruce Lee Gomez he was real honest with me and told me my case could then cost me 10k to 15k depending how long it took. But for that price beats the purpose why i would want to hire them in the first place. 😏🤦 If Atty. Mark would of been Honest and a man of integrity, he would have told me this beforehand and not steal my money. I asked for a refund and told Atty. Bruce lee Gomez that I deserved atleast half my money back, since they only did half the work, since I canceled my case before they filed the lawsuit or did anything. Out of the $2,500 they only refunded me $859 back. Mark T. Davis is untrustworthy.. 😏 I now see he truly has no respect for Army Veterans.

Incredibly unprofessional. Wanted me to go in and pay for a consultation but refused to listen to what I exactly wanted representation for. When I tried to explain, the guy refused to listen and hung up on me twice. It seems as though they just want you to pay before they'll even see if they can take your case! This was not the case with anyone else. I am adding to this as after 2 months there was a reply. It is a shame that the receptionist hanging up on me twice and the rudeness was not even addressed. I have experienced anyone charging for an initial consult, or phone call to see if it is something that can be handled by the attorney. I spoke to several attorneys who did not practice in the field that I needed but still tried to assist or give me names of who they thought might. I never asked for professional advice! I was trying to explain exactly what I needed but apparently it didn't matter.

They definitely know what they are doing. George Helped us keep our house and win the case without any stress. Very smart man.

Attorney Bruce Gomez and his team helped me get things done swiftly. It's costly, but I'm happy everything was taken care of. I recommend this office.
