Not good

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. Worst experience of my life. Now it seems I have to hire an attorney who knows what they are doing because they just took my money and didn't do what they agreed to do.

Carlos Quinonez demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and exceptional knowledge when I hired him to represent me in my Child Custody Case. He explained the legal process, prepared me for my deposition to prevent me from becoming flustered where the opposing counsel posed seemingly confrontational questions. He gave me lots of confidence when he enforced the father’s equal custody rights. Fathers rights are often overlooked. Mr. Quinonez made me aware of my rights as a father. Mr. Quinonez is highly equipped with knowledge of custody law, he is able to ensure that fathers child custody rights are considered during the decision-making process. Mr. Quinonez ' legal expertise skills allowed him to look out for my child's best interest. Mr. Quinonez believes in the importance of a good father by making sure fathers get the rights they’ve earned. I can never thank Mr. Quinonez enough for fighting till the end protecting my rights as a father. I won my child custody case, I strongly recommend Mr. Quinonez for all your attorney needs and especially to all fathers out there with child custody issues that think fathers do not have rights. Fathers have Rights Too!

If I could rate this Law Firm of Quinonez a zero, that wouldn't suffice. As a retired Veteran that served twenty years in the military I never would have imagined how easy it was to throw away a fee that is difficult for a Soldier that is on a fixed income. In a continual of a spousal harassment, this Law Firm is incompetent. There was no time to sit down with Mr. Quinonez to discuss my case because he was obviously too busy. I asked to countersue my ex-spouse but he decided against it even though I said she would continue to come after me. As I said she did and he decided to file a motion to withdrawal. This is the worst form of representation I have ever witnessed. Save your money and look for another Law firm. You won't get proper representation from them.

Mr. Quinonez represented me without even getting familiar with my situation and why we were at court in the first place. Had over a year to become familiar with my situation and when it came down to it couldn't even pronounce my name right in front of the judge. Attorney trash... knows he's going to get paid despite the turn out.

I hired them 2 years ago to modify one child support case, this January I'm finally done with my obligation on both of my adult kids, and couldn't be happier, it's worth every penny, I'll highly recommend them, Ms. Terrazas did a wonderful job,

Their communication service was poor. I had a phone appointment to receive consultation services and they did not meet their appointment times. They're working from home and when they did call they did not leave a voicemail for a call back. When I called the office back Gabriel said that the receptionist Victoria would give me a call back to please stay by. An hour later she gives a call back.. This to me is very unprofessional. I don't receive any information that would help and I requested a refund of my 50 dollars and still have not received an email back.

Never responded. Sent them a long message and I will assume they were too busy to send a simple “no thank you”.

I've called them several times to try hiring them but they don't answer, instead they sent me a text message and they still didn't answer.
