Does his job very well

I would like to rebuttal the "never returns calls review". Trey Dunne is not avoiding calls, he is just not going to spend his valuable time reassuring you that it will all be ok. If he was doing that, he would not be doing his job as your acting advocate and helping you to win your case. I have so much respect for Trey and am eternally grateful to him for the council he has given me. He never was dismissive, he always made sure to clearly explain everything and would make sure to help you understand. The jails record phone calls so he prefers to only speak if absolutely necessary on the phone because he wants to win your case. Juarez, I believe his wife, is lovely and I have seen their kids at the office and they are polite. I say this because I think it speaks to their character, that he is indeed a genuinely good person. I don't know if Frank is still there, but he was very professional, friendly and when we ran into each other later on he remembered my name. That is QUALITY service. Trey Dunne is worth hiring.
