Well, My situation is different - Had a real estate deal gone weird. The builder took my earnest money but failed to deliver on their contract by not building according to the due time frame and were infact, severely past schedule. After being significantly past the due date, I asked for my earnest money and the builder refused to refund the earnest money, offering only half of it back. I Consulted with these guys and they said they could litigate, and even mentioned the possibility of asking for a "specific performance" that could lead to the builder owing much more than the earnest money. Pretty much had me convinced my case was a winner, I just had to pay the retainer, etc.. The earnest money was $15K. They charged me 5k to litigate. Fast forward a year later, instead of recovering my 15k they offered to settle for 2.5K which was significantly less than my 15 and less than the 7500 the builder had offered, or pay them even more money to litigate it further. I went from having an offer from the builder for half my money to settle to only getting 2500 after paying these guys an additional 5k+ to pursue recovery of my original 15K I am no lawyer, but I can confidently say, I was not impressed. I will say if you are going to use these guys, be sure you are not making a severe mistake. My results will not be the same as everyones, but know what you are doing before signing up.

It's been hard to get a hold of someone. I finally did the other day and tried to get some info. I spoke with Andrea on the phone and unfortunately she was really rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing her with my call. Really put me off, will find a better alternative.

Mr Foster, his wife and staff are truly amazing to work with. I did experience some delays but the merge with Ross Massengill's Firm and Lawyers Title explained it all. Foster Massengill, PLLC is very well priced, experienced, knowledgeable and great people to work with.

It's been a real long process, apparently its the court system who cause the delay. Mr and Mrs. Foster do give their best to accomplish the task. Look forward to a good outcome soon.

I want to tell you about my friend JD. As many other Americans were being impacted by the housing market of the last few years and the rising cost of rentals, I found my self dealing with the rental crisis. I had a landlord in Ellis County refusing to return my deposit and then she decided to unethically evict me in order to not return my deposit. I filled an appeal with law court 1 in Ellis County. Again, my landlord took the unethical approach and filed another law suit against me in Ellis County Justice court at the same time the appeal case was at law court 1. I meet with Mr. Foster and explained the situation to him. The first amazing thing this man and his wife did for me was represent me on both cases basically for the price of handling one case. He drew up the contract and even though he probably knew this wasn't my first legal rodeo, he still read through every page of the entire contract with me to make sure I understood his billing. Since he was handling two cases, he set up a trust in the event hours of service exceeded the original agreed upon amount. Before I signed the contract he told me, "Joe if you want an unethical lawyer who is going to talk crazy to people etc.. go hire someone else." I signed the contract and Mr. Foster explained the most ethical option to handle this situation would be cash for keys and he drafted paper work for this process while we waited to be contacted by the landlord's attorney. The landlord's attorney never reached out to Mr. Foster to settle out of court and at that point Mr. Foster was able to get both cases dismissed giving me time to relocate. Mr. Foster returned the rest of my trust funds back to me as we reached the end of his services. If you have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Foster and his beautiful family hopefully it will not be a crisis like my situation. Everyone's attorney client relationship should go as smoothly and as ethically as how Mr. Foster handled my cases. JD is a genuinely great person of high character and I told him he's the one who should be on the bench in any Texas county as he's the example of a person of high character who should be on that bench. He is the man you want handling those unwanted family crisis and as other reviewers said, I cannot say enough good things about JD and his family.

Ross and his staff are professional, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They know what great service is all about. We have used their services for many years and have always been very satisfied.
