If you are looking for a firm that will update you regularly on the status of your case, this is not the firm for you. If, however; you are looking for results, they will deliver! I was tempted to part ways with this firm because I was not receiving updates and could not reach anyone when I called and left messages. There is definitely opportunity for them to improve on the customer service side. They are slow to respond and if you speak with someone it’s a very quick call so have your questions ready. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the results and feel like they were strong advocates on my behalf. The settlement validates this but the customer service…. not so much. Attorney Ed started off with my case but Attorney Cagney closed it out. I would use them again if I needed to. They deliver on their promises.

I hired this law firm over a year now and it's the worse decision I've ever made . They are very unprofessional and liars. They say they will follow your case from beging to end but they will lie and do differently after you hire them They the don't communicate very well and they didn't handle my case with care leading me to have to express my concerns with them. And when they didn't like me calling them out the quit working on my case . I will certainly be file a complaint with the Texas bar to report them. Do not hire them if you are looking for them to handle your case they will not get your medical records they make you do it yourself . Infact be prepared for them to tell you do all the leg work to prove your case they do nothing and then shift you to two or three different lawyers and you'll have to start all over again. They are rude and dishonest. They only like cases that they know they can win with Out having to do any work. Trust and believe I will never hire them or recommend them to any person. I wouldn't even give one star but it was my only option .

I had a great experience with Mccormick Law Firm from the initial call to the ending of my case. My attorney was Jason (forgot his last name), and no matter what the question was or how many questions I had he was sure to answer them ensuring I completely understood his answers and the process of what was going on with my case. He even answered questions that did not pertain to my case but we're important to me. He is definitely an awesome attorney and a just a good dude. I will definitely reach out to Mccormick Law Firm if I ever need an attorney again.
