Although I pray, I do not have an accident anytime soon, if it was to happen, I would call Jason Allen at the McCormick Law Firm IMMEDIATELY! I was recommended to him by a friend, and I am so happy they did! My accident was the eve before a major holiday, and he helped me get an appointment to start therapy as soon as they opened back up! He made sure to check up on how I was recovering, gave detailed updates, and was extremely attentive. When there was an issue or delay, he communicated to me and pushed back to the insurance company when needed. I instantly could tell, I was not just another case, Jason cared about me as a person. He made me feel comfortable with the process, answering all of my questions and I am getting more money than I expected! I really appreciate, Jason's professionalism, communication, and care. They are good to know all is needed to win the case, but terrible in communication.

I worked with Ryan Strobel and he was the absolute best. Although it took longer to reach a settlement, he was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. He addressed all of my concerns and was very professional. I'd also like to add that I myself am a commercial insurance adjuster who handles moderate to severe premises liability claims and I would definitely recommend this firm.

I wished I’d read all these negative reviews first. I’d seen that this firm lies, changes its story and even reports in reviews with a negative and unprofessional attitude to criticism. I really like the way they change everything to make the firm seem above reproach and the clients are the liars thieves. They openly admitted to me in my case to settling on my behalf before having my consent and I really like how it’s referred to in some responses as “their chiropractor” Freudian slip but shows what’s considered as medical care. A chiro clinic that violates state regulations and charges for everything and all they don’t do. While hurting people further and making you feel even lucky to breathe the same air they do. Too busy to meet people in person and the whole parking lot is made up of over-priced luxury cars and none of them old. The buildings color too is a hint. It’s grey. As in, they see the law and what they do as a grey matter. Not black and white, consistent professional, or caring for their clients. Lies, pressure, never having exact numbers or blatantly and illegally doing things without a clients consent. Thomas F. Waiting on the attack response from the lawyer Cagney whom stated on a legal document “i fired them without cause.” That’s one way to see it if you ignore all of a clients questions and concerns your own lawyers admitting to doing things improperly. Sick how they do people like this and actually can look in the mirrors in the morning and think they are doing their clients right. Sounds more like a narcissist to me.

I Just want to thank the McCormick Law Firm for literally everything! This was the longest & hardest time for me, but the team at McCormick definitely made me feel comfortable with, updates of my case when asked they definitely listened to my concerns. I had Thadeus Brzozowski as my lawyer & when I say this man don’t like saying bye when call ending shows how much he really is here for the people no matter what!
