I don’t usually write negative reviews unless I feel it’s necessary or unless I’ve given the business a fair chance to respond. Unfortunately, I had an odd experience here. I used Christina Jimenez’s services for a case back in 2013 and recently reached out to the firm to follow up on proceeding with something else. I’ve sent emails, called, and even reached out on social media—yet not a single person has responded. If you’ve used this attorney in the past and need assistance over 10 years later, don’t expect much. It seems former clients are simply disregarded. Maybe she’s too much of a big shot now to assist those from earlier in her career? Or perhaps it was really her paralegal doing the work back then, and she just doesn’t care?

The Jimenez Firm did great things for me. All 3 attorneys Mrs.Julie,Mrs.Jimenez, and Mr. Floyd all worked on my case together. They started representing me when my other attorney just quit in the middle of my case. My case was complicated,but that didn’t scare them off. They came in and got my 4 yr case closed. I want to do a shoutout also to all the office people too. They were always there to answer the phone and get me in contact with someone to answer my questions either an attorney or my paralegal. I also love their email portal to keep up with where the money was going that I was paying and any appointments that I had. I am very pleased with this firm. I recommend them 100%
