Absolutely horrendous customer service

Foreclosed my grandmother's house without warning and displaced her on the street. She is 77 years old.

not trustworthy or reliable and will cut you off without any notice. you can be a employee of 25 years and this still can happen. unprofessional, would not recommend

doesn't care about their employees and will fire people after a solid 20+ years of working there. remember people, your job can be easily replaced by new hires and these people live up to it 😉

I may be bias as I am employee. However, I can truly say that the partners and management are some of the nicest, caring, honest and genuine people I've ever met. I just hit my 1 year of employment mark, but the average tenure is almost 20 years per employee. You don't see that kind of loyalty from an employee or stability from an employer unless you are doing things the right way and taking care of your customers and staff. One of my favorite things about this company is that they take the time to do things right the first time.

Save yourself the sanity, time and money. I almost lost my deposit on the home I was buying as these lawyers can't even do their basic clerical job correctly.

These guys are joke when it comes to customer service. Save yourself the time as they will stiff you right at the last moment since they are so too busy to read and reply to your stupid emails.
