Sneaky little snakes. They couldn't be any more unscrupulous.

Every situation is different, however, credit card companies are not to be ignored. I am thankful for the rep who happened to help me in my very stressful situation. Kim was professional and did her best to assure me that my debt would be set up on a payment plan affordable enough for me to pay back on my budget. I can't say I wasn't upset, I was but this is a situation I caused for myself, I should have never applied for a credit card thinking it would help me. They are only trying to rectify the situation - I'm thankful for a quick resolution that was not judgmental.

I was happy to be able to learn much through this process. While taking full responsibility for overlooking key details on my past agreement, everyone from county clerk officials and part of the Jenkins Court Receivers were able to help solve my situation, which was pretty complex on its own. While taking about 4 hours of calls, everyone answered in the most professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable way possible. It is said...when pointing a finger at the problem, I am humbled and reminded that three other fingers are pointing directly back at me. I am responsible for my own mistakes, and when making calls to help solve the issue using discernment and patience speaking with all representatives is just common courtesy as they are trying to help my situation. The system works. And everyone who works at these judicial/county departments do their job just like everyone else and deserve respect. Abrasive, disrespectful and toxic character won't solve anything. Thank you Cassie, Nicole, Nancy, Alize for your sense of urgency in helping resolve my situation. I know there were others such as your supervisors who also played a key part on this. Please extend my appreciation to them also. Also, know, there are some out here who know what you go through daily, and please count with my prayers that you stay safe and remain with great spirits for what you do.

Clearly, you don't follow directions very well, or rules or laws or OATHS 😂 I HAVE received, downloaded & printed "your version" of the real court document 😂🤣 OH my...You should reallllllyyy check on the people, who you want to mess with, before you do. I literally just copied & pasted the person's comment from 2 weeks ago, bc last night, I experienced the SAME EXACT SITUATION! ALL of my money GONE, from my personal checking account, with ZERO CONTACT/INFORMATION, as to why!? I have NEVER been served & have no reason to be served, nor did I receive any subpoenas, in my mail, informing that some party has been in a legal battle with me! DO NOT EVEN RESPOND TO ME! I WILL CONTACT YOU when I'm ready because you're going to pay me back more than all of the money you STOLE, from my personal bank, as well as my bank, for DIRECTLY handing over all of my money, to a bunch of frauds, pretending to be a law firm, or maybe an actual law firm, run by a bunch of frauds! SEVERE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS is VERY COSTLY! I’ve reached out numerous times regarding a bank levy that I knew absolutely nothing about until I called my bank and they provided me your information. Your firm sent a court order to my bank without attempting to inform me or subpoena me! I’ve never received any court documents or served any court documents. I have no knowledge of this matter. This is absolutely fraud and I’m going to have this investigated. 1

This was a very stressful situation but, after speaking to Nikki and Yesenia they made it all a lot better.They were professional and handle everything very fast to help me understand and get through it all.

@keshiala we would love to get in on your lawsuit against Robert Jenkins. They took over $18k from my husbands bank account in a matter involving his ex who is no longer on ANY of his accounts.

I’ve called 20 times since 8am and still haven’t revived a call back let alone hearing a persons voice. Posting in hopes of the owner responding

Trying to contact finds withdrawn from my account and don’t have a idea why

It’s crazy how y’all was able to find my bank account but not able to find my recent address. Y’all sent legal stuff to the wrong address so I never knew what was going on. Now I’m trying to call and no one can answer my phone calls. I’ve called over 24 times and nothing. I know the owner is seeing this so if you or one of your stuff can called me so we can get this situated that would be great. Y’all have my name so I’m pretty sure y’all can find my number as well. For the record if I could leave 0 stars I would. FYI the reason I know y’all sent it to the wrong address was because I only received an emai with the old address

noone picks up the phone..... very frightening. Im not sure what this is regarding. I hope to speak with someone soon!
