Brett Nelson is hands down the best attorney I have ever had. This is not me just saying this, due to the outcome in my sons case. I am not the easiest client to please or one that typically writes reviews, unless it is truly worthy of one. It means a lot to me and my family, that Brett truly cares about his clients needs before his own. He is very personable and treats his clients like family. This goes a long way. I have hired several attorneys before Brett for a highly contested custodial case, to protect my son over the years. Before hiring Brett, I paid thousands and thousands of $ in legal fees to other attorneys, to try and protect my son, who did not seem to provide any real results or care about outcomes for their client. I have learned over time, that there are very few family law attorneys who are also strong as trial attorneys when it is needed. Brett is an amazing trial and family law attorney. Whether you have a highly contested case or one that can be mediated, Brett is seriously the best around.
