If you’re looking for a family attorney who is experienced, truly cares about their client’s situations, very straight forward (I can appreciate that), and someone that is going to fight for you in and out of the court room then William Johnson and his team are the ones you want in your corner. I filed for divorce in May of 2020 with another firm, THOUSANDS of dollars later in July of 2021 I knew I needed a different attorney who was actually going to help me in my situation. I called the Julian firm in August of 2021 and explained my situation (which was a very messy/ugly situation), I told the receptionist what kind of attorney I was WANTING AND NEEDING going into trial for my divorce. Then I get a call from Willie, 1 mediation later (we did not settle in mediation due to the fact my ex wanted to royally screw me and his children, Willie was not having it) and 0 trials later my divorce was finally finalized in December of 2021 with exactly what I was wanting. Willie is worth EVERY PENNY! I am forever grateful for Willie and his team, they truly want what’s best for your family. Hands down recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of how Brett and his team have handled my case. It’s been a long and difficult process unfortunately but they walked through it all with me. Janene is amazing and always on top of things. Brett has a great ability to adjust on the fly and address things in court that seem to always arise. I highly recommend this firm to anyone and everyone. They really do care and about the people they represent and the outcome.

Jared pushed to have things resolved quickly but offered solutions that created risk for both parties. Specifically, an agreement for reduced child support from my husband to me that the OAG would not recognize creating risk for future litigation as well as creating a division of property that did not require my ex husband to pay for any fees from the sale of our home. At the end of the day the good old boys ended up with the upper hand while I’m cleaning up and paying for the divorce my ex husband created to begin with. Lesson learned… don’t put your trust in anyone looking out for you… they’re all looking out for themselves.

I would highly recommend JulianJohnson, PC to navigate your legal needs. Mr. Johnson was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and walk me through a difficult legal situation. I would recommend this practice for anyone going through a divorce or custody dispute.

It has been over 4 yrs since my nightmare with this law firm. After this time has gone by and much research, I feel that others need to know the truth about Mr. Julian. He is a higher BAR member than most attorneys based on the photos hanging in his office. This firm is all about profit from the person who holds the most assets during the divorce. It was not about state law was supposed to protect me. (Alimony) He will interpret the laws to benefit him and the BAR. There was no accountability for the other party committing fraud and numerous counts of contempt to the court. This was totally about the money he could take for himself and the court system. It is about the incorporated, for-profit court system. 4 months after the divorce was final, the State of Texas took out a bond against my Cestie Que Trust, (SSI trust) which pays 100% back to the subcorporation (RA000637) in three yrs. Investing in commercial real estate. Why would he do this? 100 percent about the money. If you are the asset holder, run for your life. I fired him and did not pay 3000 he said I owed him after shelling out over 25k to all attorneys. Loosing, 350k with the debts being dumped on me the same month I was supposed to retire. Truth and jurisdiction will set you free.... Khazarian mafia research it.

I have had Brett as opposing counsel on a number of case in Denton County. He is a worthy adversary and fine attorney.

Good advice

I'd just like to say that starting a divorce was pretty scary for me, but the moment I sat down with Willie at the Julian Firm I knew I was in great hands. He explained every step of the process to me and was very patient. Throughout the surprisingly short process he answered every question and his knowledge and experience clearly led me to a happier place in my life. I can't thank him enough and I am so glad I chose him to bring me where I am today. I strongly recommend him for any legal matters!
