Highly recommend The Nelson Law Group. Brett Nelson was my attorney - very sharp and knows his stuff! Janene was extremely responsive and timely responded to all my inquiries. Mr. Nelson and all the staff are very supportive and cooperative.

During very trying times, Jim Ashmore has become like family. He ushered us successfully through a long and arduous legal process. I am forever grateful he handled and won our case.

This review is for Jim Ashmore's probate services only, as I cannot speak for the other lawyers at Nelson Law Group. My sister and I had a very negative experience with Jim and unfortunately had to dismiss him of his duties. Feel free to contact me directly for the entire sequence of events, but after having 4 other lawyers and a county clerk look at our case they each informed us with bewilderment that Jim let our case go dormant after submitting the initial paperwork, and we were a month away from having to start the probate process over from the beginning. If it weren't for myself contacting the courts to get an update I would have never known what was happening, as Jim never communicated with us where we were at in the process. Very disappointing. This was already a very stressful situation with both our parents tragically passing, and he only added to the frustration and grief we were experiencing. I can't recommend his services.

USE THIS LAW GROUP! Ryan Thornhill was my attorney and this man KILLED IT in court! He was amazing with communication throughout this whole process and went above and beyond to help in my custody case and helped solved some scheduling issues even after we left court! He was amazing. I will definitely look to him if I ever have any issues again in the future. Thanks so much to Nelson Law Group for helping to get my life back to the way it’s supposed to be with my daughter!

Nancy and Brett helped me so much and they did an outstanding work. Also, the entire staff is great , Mr. Nelson is amazing and it such an a honor to hire this firm that has a very good reputations. Men, if Mr. Ashmore decides he doesn't like you, he will side with the woman during the negotiations, despite the fact that he is paid to be impartial. He doesn't use a computer during calculations; he marveled at the spreadsheet on my laptop as if he had never seen one before. When I emailed him a question the next day, he replied with a threat to expose questionable transactions he thought he found on my credit card. Unjustly arrogant. Extremely unprofessional. Go anywhere else but this firm.

It’s always hard to find a respectful legal team to represent you for the best interest for yourself and my son but look no more while searching around for the right attorney I came across the Julian Firm I was recommended to go with Rachel Hodges as my appointed attorney she made this sensitive issue seem so pleasing and looking out for the best interest for myself and my son. She has a great future as an attorney in family law. And I would strongly recommend that you spend some time in your consultation with her and see what I’m trying to say you can truly trust her and taking care of you and her having your best interest as a priority.
