Thomas Little and his paralegal Sharron are amazing. If you’re debating on a lawyer to choose, stop now and call them. They worked my entire custody case from start to finish. Dealing with my children’s father is like being in a nightmare you can’t escape. From harassing me, my kids, the courts, judges my lawyer and everyone else involved in the case, the firm handled it with so much patience. They spent an incredible amount of work and time on my case and eased me with all of my concerns throughout the entire course of the case. They are easy to get ahold of and always respond when I contact them about any concern. I have dealt with other lawyers in the past and have not been so lucky. I say if they can handle this case, they can handle anything! I would highly recommend them.

Very unethical & underhanded. As the petitioner in a divorce against Little man’s client got me divorced without my knowledge & presence after I notified him that I had a family emergency. I got slapped with ALL debts, & LOST all my family estates personal property including my grandfather’s government issued WW2 Navy headstone, his wedding ring borrowed from his estate from his 60 marriage, his tuxedo, all my female formals, ball gowns, wedding dress from my wedding to my deceased husband 1999, my family’s antique & current furniture (Duncan Fife dining room suit, king size bed, sailboat, bedspread my retired Judge father-in-law bought me in 1993, on & on. It was a “sneak -attack” divorce all made by Mr. Little & the totally terrible divorce decree he authored & trick the judge into signing. I thought as a widower & former soldier he’d have morals & ethics...nope. NOT AT ALL If you want to screw your spouse, then hire him & your spouse will hate you forever for being underhanded, unethical, & unfair. OR! Hire a decent lawyer to treat your soon-to-be- ex-spouse fairly, & maybe you can at least be distant friends and HOLD YOUR HEAD UP HIGH for ever more.

Honestly, if you are reading this review just stop and call Thomas. You won’t find a more compassionate person who truly cares about you. In our meetings, Thomas didn’t have a cell phone or computer. Just pen and paper. He listened without interruption. There was no rush. There was no judgment. He was totally invested in me from start to finish. His paralegal, Sharron, is amazing! Divorce is extremely emotional and she gave me encouragement, hope, and believed in me. I am extremely grateful to them both!!

Thomas was at another law firm when he initially took my case, he listened to my complete situation, and waited for when i was emotionally ready to file for divorce. He was respectful of the process and knew that i just wanted out of the current situation. He recommended several actions as protection for myself and children. He often let me express frustration during the process, and was able to offer advice in the best manner to proceed. EXCEPTIONAL LAWYER AND PARALEGAL TEAM: Thomas and Sharron helped me with my divorce in 2017. They were kind, professional, and thorough. Thomas is a gentlemen, but he is a shark, on your behalf, while in the courtroom. However, he does it in such a professional, charismatic manner, he has the respect of all his opposing councils and the judges and court staff. He did such a great job, that when I had to modify my custody order, I went back to Thomas, even though he was not in my company's legal insurance' network. My son is too important to risk on the services of a "free" attorney. I paid out of pocket to make sure it was done right.
