Virginia gave me great advise when I purchased a business for the first time. I knew nothing about the process and she guided me through every step. Even to the point of recommending mentors in the insurance business. She also recommended I speak to an old friend who was president of a local bank for financing. In other words, she did a lot more than simply draw up the legal papers. When she did the legal work she was fantastic. As a first time buyer I relied on her expertise. I questioned the need of a particular clause. She thoroughly explained it and it remained. As a result, after the sale there were some issues with the seller. If I had not had that clause in the contract it would have cost me more than her legal fee. Her fee was well worth the investment in my business.

Virginia assisted me in closing a construction loan approx. one year ago and was very prompt and professional in dealing with the bank and title company on my behalf.

I have worked with several lawyers on a wide range of legal needs and consider Virginia Moore to be one of the few lawyers interested in providing the maximum service for the money. She knows her limitatations and will not take on a case outside of that area just for the "learning experience" (at the clients cost!). Her fees are reasonable, she is easy to communicate with, and can be easily reached during regular business hours.
