I just received an email for termination of receivership. It is a stressful ordeal. Ty for the respect and patience. If anyone was at fault, it was me. I’m the one who put myself in that situation. Jenkins just did their job. I appreciate that they did it with the knowledge of life’s hardships.

This started off as a difficult situation and it could've ended up much worse, but everyone at Jenkins were very kind and willing to work with me. They were very understanding of my situation and very easy to work with.
I gave 4 stars because sometimes they were very hard to reach and sometimes took a while to reach back.

It is not often where you engage a business and you receive service in such a way that you never expected. This was the case when I interacted with the support team of Jenkins Law Firm. The support and help that I receive was nothing short of exceptional. Keep in mind, they do have a job to do, but in doing their job, they treated me with dignity and grace. I have not had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Jenkins, but I can only imagine with the extraordinary team that he has put together, that he is a great leader. I want to thank each of you for your service to me and my family and I look forward to working with them to resolve the matter at hand.

To be honest it hurt when they froze my account, but after I called and found out why. They helped me with a managable payment plan. Hopefully it's the last time I have to deal with them.

This company placed a freeze on my bank account as well, however it was resolved and a reasonable resolution was in place so nothing was interrupted and if you owe people, you gotta pay people it’s just that simple at least this company was willing to establish a payment plan, so I am not upset
