Finally glad to have this weight off my shoulders. I can’t be mad at anyone but myself for getting into debt and not paying. Learned from this experience and will do better my managing my money. Thanks.

They did drain my bank account and freeze it too but 1 phone call resolved it all and they refunded most of my money so I could live and pay other bills. Everyone I delt with over the phone and email were extremely helpful and seemed to actually care about my family and situation. It was my debt that got me in this position and these folks are just doing their job so I respect that. They were always promp and very respectful with me when I called and emailed and help set me up with a payment plan so I didn't lose everything I worked for. Hope I never have to go through this again but if I do, I hope they are the debt collector.

You people claim to try and reach a resolution for all defendants, that statement is an absolute LIE! I just spoke to your office and offered to pay what I could a month. Your answer was, and I quote, " we do not take payments less than 175.00 a month" if I would afford that I would have offered that! I totally agree with the reviews!! There is a special place in hell for people like yall!

Really wish I could give them less! I can’t fathom the reason a law firm would even invest time in such greed and slimey practices to get their money. The world is crashing down around us and middle class can barely buy groceries for their families but yet this law firm has found the gray area in TX law to seize bank accounts with ZERO notification from a debt over 14 years ago…. That no one has yet to show me proof of. This is a very sophisticated scam. I have worked with lawyers and debt collectors in the past and this just isn’t right. You could find my bank account information but couldn’t find my number to call me? The receptionist was very enthusiastic (hope this never happens to her) to force me into a payment plan with even more fees instead of the lump sum I offered. Feel like this might be worth looking into if you are someone who has available legal counsel. The rest of us who don’t really have the extra funds for wasted stress and court cases just have to shut up and pay. Thanks Jenkins! Y’all are Texas finest for sure!

Terrible ppl and company they could care less who they effect as long as they get their money trust me you run across anyone who works here let alone this this company they will screw you over does not matter who you are or how bad things are.

I recently became aware of this company a few days ago…Im not understanding the significance of stating an email will warrant a quicker response if you don't reply ? I’ve recently contacted this company by email and left voicemail messages for information and I have yet to receive a response to my inquiry. I recently noticed that response’s were received here…I assume this is the best method of contacting the business to receive a response
