Unresponsive and poor communication
“Didn't reach back out to me again until April. Set an appointment for June. Week before June appointment paralegal reaches out with questions she needs answered.”

“Go in for my June appointment. Wende is not even there (family emergency). I wasn't called at all to inform she would not be there.”

Unsatisfactory service for some clients
“Don't use this lady me and my fiance was going to adopt a baby. We paid her up front and all she done was drew up a contract for us and the other party to sign. But when it got time for the baby to arrival the mother change her mind. An we contacted Ms.Dorsey to at least give half money back all we got is Sorry.”
