Mr. Deegan was amazing from start to finish! From the moment we met we figured out the best way to approach the incident and got the exact results I wanted. He constantly put work in and always communicated with me no matter the time or day. All in all I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Deegan and got my charge off my record!

I cannot recommend Mr. Deegan strongly enough! After hiring another attorney for my daughter's case who put absolutely no effort in, was extremely arrogant and rude to us, and could not be bothered to return our phone calls, thankfully we found Mr. Deegan and after speaking to him once, we immediately fired our attorney and hired Mr. Deegan. He is a hardworking, caring and passionate advocate who you can always get in contact with and will truly fight for you. We thought we were going to have to go to trial and we had full confidence we would win but due to his tenacity, he was able to get the charges dismissed and we can not thank him enough! Most amazing lawyer anybody could ask for! I was illegally stopped & the officer didn’t have the probable cause he said he did to stop me & was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Andrew not only proved that the officer did not have the probable cause to stop me, he got my case dismissed completely because of it. He worked extremely hard & passionately to get this done for me. I enjoyed how Mr. Deegan was very patient and willing to fully answer my questions as this was my first and hopefully only experience on the criminal side of the judicial system. He was always quick to return any phone calls and texts which made me feel really secure. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place at his office and his staff was very welcoming and understanding. As far as my case, he was able to get it "recategorized" with a deferred probation that was dismissed about half way through.
