Andrew is a real life every day hero! Not long ago I found myself entangled in an unwarranted legal dilemma with little faith in the justice system for fair judgment. Refusing to give in to defeat, I scheduled a consultation with Andrew. He was easy to talk to, down to earth and non judgmental. Mr. Deegan listened attentively and provided me with realistic outcomes he’d fight for on my behalf. Ultimately, hiring him as my representative saved me from a poor life trajectory. We used this lawyer because of the massive amount of 5 stars on Google. This guy is horrible. We used him for my Fiancée's DWI and he was inaccessible, never avilable when needed. He would come to court and not have prepared at all. His office staff knew more about us and our case than he did. He was unable to get the charges lowered or dropped like he claims he can. We were offered a $500 fine and 6 month probation and he advised us not to take it, he could get a better deal and keep it off his record. In the end we ended up with way worse and 2 years probation. He is useless and you are better off defending yourself.

I don't have enough good words to say about this law firm. This is the firm you want to hire if you have been arrested for marijuana charges in Texas..... Don't even bother calling anyone else! My son was driving from CO to Louisiana to see his dying father. He was undergoing aggressive chemotherapy treatments and couldn't eat because it caused blisters in his mouth and throat. H.is father asked if he could bring him some edibles or something to relieve the pain. Long story short, My son was profiled and pulled over. The police said they couldn't see the name of the state on the tag and this was the reason for the stop. They asked my son if he had any marijuana on him. My son said "yes I'm taking a few things to my dad who is dying". WRONG!!! NEVER EVER ADMIT THAT YOU ARE CARRYING MARIJUANA!. Even if your intentions are the very best, we learned that honesty isn't exactly the best policy in this type of situation. My son was immediately arrested. Thankfully he found Greg Torres, and attorney with this law firm. Greg Torres is second to none. He knows marijuana laws and was able to pull a DOT video that clearly displayed the tag on my son's vehicle and there was no doubt that the state was visible on the tag. My son was facing both felony and misdemeanor charges. Today was the final court appearance. Greg Torres was able to get the felony charges dropped and my son ordered to pay only the court costs (less than $300). The judge told my son that his lawyer got him an exceptionally good deal.... We agree!!! My son's father died a few short months after the arrest. He died feeling horribly guilty for asking his son to help him with his pain. I have to believe his dad was his guardian angel in court today, and that he was able to see his son get the justice he deserved. Thank you Greg! You are an amazing attorney!!!!

I cannot express in so many words how grateful I am to Andrew Deegan. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional, caring, compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable attorney. When I first went in and discussed my case with him I was scared, stressed and having nightmares. I was concerned my life is completely over never having been in trouble before. He assured me everything was going to be OK. He did everything he said he would plus more. He got my dwi charge reduced and after deferred justification it will be dismissed. He was always accessible and even met with me on a Saturday. I really did get the feeling he wanted the best outcome as I wanted. You are not just a ‘number’ with Andrew but I felt like a friend. Anyone that is in a tough spot he would be the ‘go to man’. Good reputation. I have no regrets hiring him and you won’t either!
