Sean has been instrumental over the years protecting our interests. As a specialty contractor, we deal with property owners, developers, general contractors, supplier and labor sub contractors. No matter what we bring to him, Sean has had several options and helped us decided the best course of action for both our immediate needs and long term goals.

My evil step-sister (the Trustee) was jerking around the other beneficiaries of my dad's will, and Sean helped us not only stop her from selling my dad's house out from under us, he kept on her lawyer to get him to step up and perform the necessary tasks in a timely manner. AND, all while maintaining his professionalism, humor, and manners. Quite the feat ! I recommend Sean Looney wholeheartedly without reservation for any estate matters.
