He was quick to take my case and then stall me for months. Postponed and postponed the case and not even once took a look of the evidence and testimony I had. Never responded to my emails or phone calls, and when I was told to make an appointment to see him, he simply never had time to see me or wasn't at the office. He charged me more money that what we agreed to, at the end MADE me plea guilty and told me to pay for something he never did for me or he would not close my case. He was rude, disrespectful, and nasty. There were times me forgot to show up in court and I had to call his office to remind him I had a hearing. He claims to be an immigration lawyer and because of his lack of knowledge I ended up locked up in an immigration detention center awaiting deportation proceedings. I paid him for expunging my record 5 years ago and I just found out he never did it. Took my money and never did it. I will be contacting the board because people like him don't deserve to have a license. Don't waste your time, money or freedom.

I am writing this review because my father, friends, and family have hired and consulted w/ Mr. Francisco Hernandez and we have been very please w/ his work and results. He is very professional and well educated. He builds great relationships w/ his customers and cares about each person and their situation. I also have to say that Vicky was amazing. My mother and I had a consultation w/ her and she was very attentive, caring, and provided us with comfort, great advice, and directed us to the right path and even after that she still followed-up on us. My family and I highly recommend Mr. Hernandez and we will continue to hire him if needed in the future and will also continue recommending him. Francisco has been to bat for me and always brings his A Game. He is a fine, caring, enthusiastic, genuine great American you would want on your team. Francisco worked for my family to help protect us during a federal investigation. I can’t say enough positive things about how kind, caring and effective he has been. He used his experience, his network and his incredible knowledge of the system to help us navigate through a difficult situation.

Francisco has the rare ability to negotiate with law enforcement in a cordial and professional fashion while sticking up for his client. He not only tells you the law; he gives you practical advice on the law, the legal system, and with regards to life. His ability to use his contacts and get specific information about a client's case and those prosecuting said case is a spectacle to behold. My case is ongoing and I can't go into detail, but if Francisco had not been involved, things would have been much worse for me. What I can say is though is that he is one of only a handful of people in my life that I trust without reservation. You cannot go wrong using him as your attorney.

So I been comparing a lot of lawyers and most of them just go straight to the point but not this guy! He starts from the beginning! He fights and understands you! Most of the lawyers try to see what they can fit with your case, but this guy tries to remove them! I greatly recommend!
