Bob and Sydney Leonard worked tirelessly to protect the rights of my grown 25 year old autistic son. Legal guardianship was obtained by his father during my father’s illness and subsequent death. My son was then treated not as a ward but as a pawn/ prisoner and slowly lost all of his rights and privileges. He became a puppet in his father’s game. Guardianship is unique in the court system. Bob and Sydney were able to walk me through the painful process of gaining my rights to my precious son. I could have never imagined the amount of work, pain, cost, and time required to simply be with my son following a completely uneventful childhood and adolescents. I never imagined needing an attorney, but am so thankful for the Leonard’s when I did! I’m happy to say that my son is back in my and my families life and we are once again a happy and blessed family! If you need a tough attorney who will fight for you.. this is your group!

Lindsay Truly is a truly great advocate. She has a very shrewd legal mind, and went above the norm in order to bring me an acceptable resolution. Bryan P. Hoeller has a positive attitude, straight forward and as a former prosecutor knows how to get the job done! He deeply believes in his work and cares for his clients making sure they don't have to over-stress the situation. He's a great professional and has been a beacon of hope in my times of darkness, I'm forever grateful for his hard work. You get what you pay for and he is well worth it! Its not what your attorney knows its WHO they know and I recommend him to all my close loved ones that have encountered legal matters as well as anyone currently reading this review. I had 11 open cases over a period of months (5 of which were felonies) and got my bond pulled at court one morning. Needless to say Bryan came in clutch. After some negotiating with the DA he ended up getting 8 charges dropped and 2 years deferred probation on 3 charges, he even went as far as visiting me on my week long jail stay so that we could discuss our options. I ended up out of jail right before the 4th of July so I could spend the holiday with my family. I met him in 2017 handpicking him from a plethora of defense attorneys and so far he hasn’t let me down. Note: If you're in a situation, Mr. Hoeller is the right choice!
