I've had a terrible experience with a lawyer I had to fire. After that I was given 5 reputable firms to choose from. The first two didn't respond and by what I can say now was a miracle that I found Benson Varghese of Varghese and Summerset. I explained my situation to their receptionist that I had 2 days till my court date with an already signed plee deal. I thought I was screwed. An already busy Benson called me back quickly. He was very honest and upfront and didn't even want to disparage my former attorney. He gave me his advice and told me he could get me a better deal. He basically did the work in two days that my former lawyer did in three months with a better outcome. More importantly to me, he was kind and honest. He layed out multiple options and let me choose. "I work for you, not the other way around." I retained Benson and he got an already signed plea deal reworked and cut in half based on his experience and more importantly, good working relationship with the prosecutor. Oh yeah, he used to BE a prosecutor! I saved tens of thousands of dollars because of him and his firm. Obviously, I highly recommend Benson for criminal law. P.S. He also found me a lawyer to deal with other issues I was having that he admitted was out of his wheelhouse. Wow! Just like any other profession, there are the good, the bad and the ugly. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD.

Attorney Varghese and his team of lawyers are simply awesome. They represented my son in his legal problems caused by him being a mental health sufferer! They are very responsive and keep us abreast of the development and listened to our concerns. Can’t recommend more highly!

My son was in Parker County Jail from May 25th until July 16th. He was held on a misdemeanor traffic offense without charges being filed against him . Varghese Summersett PLLC represents him on a different case. I contacted the attorney to let them know missed court because he was locked up in Parker County , Kathryn Heflin Associate returned my call and started making inquiries as to why he was still being held. Kathryn filed a writ for his release. Parker county drug their feet not issuing the paperwork for his release. Kathryn was on top of it she made calls and wanted to know why he wasn't out eventually he was released. I can't ever tell anyone how thankful I am for Kathryn and all the work she put into this, she was very professional and very helpful and worked hard for this misdemeanor ticket. I have never had an experience as wonderful as this .
