From the first moment we spoke with Ty Stimpson at Varghese Summersett Injury Law Group after our daughter was injured, it was like a weight had been lifted. Ty immediately made it clear he was there to protect and support our family through this situation so we could focus on her healing. The concern, compassion, and professionalism we have encountered from everyone at Varghese Summersett starting with the very first phone call have been amazing. Savanna immediately guided us through what we needed to get started with the utmost courtesy. Diana has been outstanding in handling and explaining all the details for us. Everyone who handles calls is extremely polite and gives you their full attention which makes you feel totally at ease. They have all displayed a level of excellence that makes me wish we could give much more than 5 stars!

I highly recommend Varghese Summersett for many reasons but mainly for their prompt attention to detail and for keeping me in touch through the entire process. When my daughter was in an accident I was in disarray like any parent and when I called VS they immediately calmed my nerves and made me feel so much more at ease and assured. The firm has a great reputation as a winner which is the first thing a person wants from his/her law firm. The fee structure is clearly explained and you don't feel like you are being pushed because they allow you to read everything before signing anything. It is super helpful that you pay nothing upfront and the law firm only makes money if you as the client do as well. It is a win-win situation. No one wants to make a call to a lawyer for help but it almost certainly will happen so call a firm that others trust. I will certainly call VS again in the future if that need arises.
