Where do I start at? I was recently arrested for a serious crime (Aggravated Assault w/a Deadly Weapon). Seeing as though I had never been in any type of situation like this, obviously I was deeply concerned about the outcome and the impact it would have on my life. Searching for a good attorney is a very daunting task and can be quite overwhelming. However, after talking with (3) different attorneys, I finally decided to go with Varghese Summersett and I could not be happier that I did. Mr. Benson Varghese and Ms. Anna Summersett are awesome. They both keep you well informed about all of the steps and potential outcomes of your specific case. You can communicate with them at any time via a secure portal thus alleviating the need to come into the office every time you have a question. I cannot say enough about the entire staff at this law firm. They are very professional and always willing to answer any questions you may have. My case was taken to a grand jury on very short notice and Ms. Summersett had just hours to prepare a presentation to the grand jury on my behalf. Suffice it to say she simply put "made it happen" and due to her exhaustive work... my case was "NO BILLED" at the grand jury level thus giving me my life back. Mr. Benson Varghese and Ms. Summersett are top notch attorneys and they really, really care about "YOU" as the client. I honestly believe they are the best attorneys in the DFW area by a mile. If you need representation it would be worth your while to contact them as quickly as humanly possible. They do not and will not disappoint you.
