Hired Anna yesterday for a friend of mine who's previous attorney set him up to be arrested on a bond warrant at his court date yesterday without informing him. We were so impressed with this law firm and the care I can see they will put in for my friend on false resisting arrest charges. Writing this review now because we are so thrilled and feel safe after a very long and upsetting day from this kind of malpractice. Highly recommend this firm. I will be referring them out to anyone needing a defense attorney and would look no further... This is the lawyer for you!

Christy jacks was my court appointed attorney from July 4 last year till march this year(2016-2017). She made me feel so comfortable with my case and took care of me better than any attorney has ever. She even went as far as to keep in contact with me through ever step of my case just to inform me on what she wanted to do. Benson assisted me on my case. He did an awesome job representing me on my case and informing me through out the process of possible outcomes. My son was falsely accused of two felony charges. Agg Assault Deadly Weapon and Burglary of Habitation Inted other Felony. My son was represented by Letty Martinez. He had an opportunity to take a polygraph test and passed the test which Letty then showed the prosecutor and got both of his cases dismissed.Thank you to Letty who gave him the opportunity to take this test. We hope to never have to use your services again but IF we do this firm will be the first I call. I cannot thank Letty enough for everything she did for my son.

I was represented by Anna Summersett for a false allegation back 2016. She was so awesome and very understanding of the concerns I had. She researched my case and did not find evidence that I was the one who committed this crime. I personally never had to be in the court room or go in front of a judge which was a big relief. My case was Dismissed and with this outcome I can now go through my life without facing any type of punishment, I can hold a steady job, and volunteer for my kids schools. We found Varghese Summersett after a google search for juvenile defense attorneys. I called the firm on a Jan 2nd and someone answered that was willing to help our family.We had no experience with criminal attorneys before and didn't know where to start. Benson walked us through our case on the phone and came in to meet with Letty in person. We lucked up and we couldn't of asked for more help nor guidance through a really bad traumatizing time.
