My brother was appointed to Anna Summersett by the state. We couldnt be more happy with the outcome of the case. My brother was on probation for a DWI and deferred probation for Felony POCS. While on probation he picked up a new criminal trespass. Ms. Summersett was able negotiate reinstatement on his deferred felony avoiding a criminal conviction, then Ms. Summersett was able to get my brother credit for time served offer on his DWI so his interlock could be removed. This way our mom is not paying for interlock while he serving time in a drug rehabilitation program. She is extremely pleasant and great.

I had a friend who was charged with a 3G offense . It was from the start a very stressful situation for him. He called Varghese and Summersett. Mr. Varghese who was his lawyer was very quick to communicate and answer all of his questions and concerns. If I could rate them any higher indeed I would the experience with Mr. Varghese was great and my friend ended up getting a no bill on a 3g offense.

They did a great job with communicating with me and telling me what and when everything was going to happen. Would recommend their services to anyone.

Letty Martinez is my attorney. I had a debit card credit card abuse I was facing 1 year state jail then the next time that I had went to court she got it down to 6 months and I was nervous then I went to court today and at the end of it all I was blessed with 90 days in Tarrant county jail and 1244 a and I will only have to do 30 days or less in Tarrant county she is a great lawyer and I recommend anyone to her and u are very blessed if you get Letty Martinez as your attorney!

Letty Martinez is a very professional lawyer, very respectful. Once I first got my case, Letty treated me with all the respect as well as representing me on my case. Letty and I were able to get in contact way before court hearings and helped me through any questions and concerns about my case before going on to see judge. Letty also got me prepared for what I would be facing in court and she would try to work with me as to keep me out of jail from a case that was absolutely a lie. On my last court hearing, I had spoken with Letty to give me advice on what would be happening and my case was no billed. We were looking for someone who would take a family to the parole board during a vote and it was outstanding to know that Rajeev was able to do that. All the other 4 counsels I had in the past were only willing to make a packet and after my family contacted Rajeev he went to great measures to keep my family informed and involved in the process. I was incarcerated for a evading arrest (5th conviction) and the state wanted to keep me until 2018. Rajeev took my case to the parole board with my family and got me out on parole.
