I was arrested for DWI in December 2015. I was unsure what to do so I made the call to Varghese Summersett. Rajeev Sunkara was assigned to my case and did a great job getting me through the process. In our initial meeting he explained everything very clearly and what the steps and options were. First off, we won the ALR hearing and my license was not suspended which is very rare. Rajeev was then able to get the charged reduced from DWI to obstruction of highway. The judge deferred the finding of guilt and there was a small fine and some probation, but once it is successfully completed the case will be dismissed. Rajeev did a great job and I would highly recommend Varghese Summersett.

I was arrested for murder on March, 27, 2014 I received a court appointed attorney whose name I won’t discuss. She was no good for me never made communication or put forth the effort to help me. Then a blessing came I received Joetta Keene and Christie Jack. Two of the best lawyers I’ve ever witnessed. They are amazing watching them work left me in awe. I would not want to be on the wrong end of an argument with these ladies. Christie is so soft spoken, but the woman sure can make people tremble in their seat. I was nervous for the opposition. She grilled them good. As far as communication goes this woman did more for me in 2 months than my previous Lawyer did in 2 years this speaks volumes to her work ethic. She prepared for a murder trial at such a short notice. When we got the not guilty verdict. It was the right verdict but it was a well deserved win for this nice lady. No Mrs. Jack was the blessing I needed and as a court appointed attorney she did high class work. Im forever grateful.

On April 27th 2016 I was arrested and facing a Felony Theft charge. I was arrested for a DWI with a .15 BAC and was facing a Class A Misdemeanor. I hired Varghese Summersett to represent me and they did a great job. Anna Summersett was assigned to my case and she was great. She always in touch, and would always let me know what was going on with my case. She let me know what i needed to do in order to be proactive. In the end she got my Class A misdemeanor down to a Class B misdemeanor and got the enhancement waived. This is the best law firm ever, and I had the best attorney she was able to get my case dismissed without having to ever go to trial. They also have a great communication software tool so that you are always in touch with your attorney and never having to wait for a telephone call back as well as all your documents and notes are at your fingertips through this software. I will definitely use them if I ever need them again. Thumbs up.
