I made an excellent decision when I chose Ty Stimmons with Varghese Summersett as my attorney. He and his staff— Shantae, Natasha, Kaylon, Katie, and kept me updated on the progress of my cases. The staff guided me through the online process of completing forms and helped me retrieve the information I needed for my cases. What really helped me the most was that the staff allowed me to call the office whenever I had questions, concerns or needed information. I am extremely please with the law firm.

I was arrested on an assault charge with bodily injury to a family member. The judge put me on an EPO bond. Once released I returned to the vicinity of my home and noticed someone taking items from it.l confronted that person and arrested a second time for violation of a bond. While I was incarcerated the second time my property was being taken. I hired an attorney that I could not get in touch with nor even show up in court with me or respond to texts or emails. When he did come to court he said I was facing jail time. Not only was I dealing with the agony of my property being taken, now jail was added to my problems. I decided to change direction. After the first consultation with them taking on both charges, I left feeling confident that I chose the right team for. I have 3 words. Exceptional, efficient and effective in their work , matched by actions and execution. From the moment they took me on as a client, they kept an open line of communication, followed by keeping me updated along the process and any progress. After enduring such a tragic accident by an 18 wheeler and hiring Jim Adler Law office I was highly disappointed by their service , lack of effort, care and professionalism. My case manager was non communicative, I never spoke to my attorney nor even knew who he was, such a terrible experience. The anguish I endured mentally, emotionally, physically and financially was draining and exhausting. I’ll try to make this as short as possible. I just wanted to write this Christmas, how Mike Hansen has given my family a little bit of hope and something to look forward to in the new year. Backstory, my mother will be killed during a domestic violence dispute. Her death will be labeled homicide, but no charges will ever be filed. After 28 years and after growing up, I finally get involved with my mom’s case. I have no where to turn but social media. There I will connect with a true crime community and get my mom’s case on dozens of true crime podcast and on the news. Tiffany Burks saved my life. Words cannot even express how grateful I am. I was charged with a first degree felony in Tarrant County that I was innocent of. From the time I walked into the office and met with Ms. Leah, Ms. Bresha and Ms. Michelle this firm had an aura that they were here to get results and not here to BS. My first attorney was privately hired. The first offer from the state was 15 years in prison. My first attorney was trying to get me to open plea and plead guilty and pray that the judge would give me deferred for 10+ years but said there was a “80-90% chance I would do 5-10 years in TDC.” Completely shocked and scared, I began searching for a second opinion.
