I hired this company to represent me in my case! I had been arrested and put on a bond of $30,000 with a possibility of up to 20 yrs in prison. I had been in a car accident that resulted in the fatality of a beautiful 10yr old little girl who didn’t deserve to die the way she did. She was my daughters best friend/teammate and her family a long time family friend of ours. I had been hit by another driver and yet they tried to say I was at fault when my light was green and had plenty of witnesses but none the less they arrested me on manslaughter charges. We hired Dunham and Jones to defend me and Courtney Miller was assigned to my case and she went above and beyond to get the info she needed to help me and because of her I now no longer fear being taken away from my three children who have suffered a lot threw this process as they were in the car when it happened as well as suffered from injuries. And my husband who had done a lot of research to find the best attorney possible. I can’t thank Courtney Miller enough for keeping my family together and so that now I can finally try to get justice for this amazing little angel and her family. Before I met Courtney I felt the world was against me as I felt no one cared to hear the real story of what happened, that they just wanted to have someone to blame and I was the easiest target as the other drivers are very wealthy and they were just able to up and move away 2 weeks after the accident and go on with their lives as mine and my friends lives had been turn upside down and inside out and our worst fears came to reality. Courtney was able to present enough evidence or proof to result in a no billed (state didn’t have enough evidence to say it was me at fault) against me and I look forward to talking with the company to start moving forward and try to get some type of justice/closure for my family and for the family of the little girl. I highly recommend Courtney Miller and the Dunham and Jones law firm to any person who needs help! I can’t thank enough for helping my family stay together as my husband and children now can sleep at night knowing that I won’t be wrongfully accused. I would use this law firm and recommend this law firm again and to family and friends. Although I pray I will never be in another situation like this ever again!

They started out great. However, after they collected all of their money they became hard to contact and share information with. Either the firm is taking on too many clients, or they just do enough to get by. Someone very close to me could've avoided a lot of her conditions in her sentence if her lawyer had either called or checked her email anytime within the last couple of weeks before the hearing. Very disappointing.

All I had to do was show up for the court appearances. I was facing 10 years in prison for felony DWI. I did research on the top DWI firms in Tarrant County, and I am so grateful I picked Dunham & Jones. I ended up getting only 7 months of weekend county jail, which allowed me to keep my job, my dignity and allow me to learn from and move past this horrible mistake. One of the big things that really took a lot of pressure and stress off was they had a payment plan and I didn’t have to pay everything up front.
