Sean Lynch is very professional, and is very in tune with the needs of his clients. He is quick to resolve problems and finds the best solution for them. He knows Family Law and is very respectful of all the feelings that come along with a case. Sean keeps you in the loop of communication. And you will know the process of your case. Not only is Sean a Top Attorney, he is also a wonderful human being. Yes, he is a good guy! Sean also quoted me a fair price that met my budget. And Sean does not give up, he stays the course until a solution is final. I would do business with Sean anytime!

Last September my fiancé and I walked into the office of Jon R Boyd with no idea what would happen. I had just finished my chemo treatments a few months prior and told myself that this was the next step in making my life better. I knew it was a unique case and had no hope myself, but my fiancé told me I should just try. On the first day, Jon said “we start and we take it day by day” that’s what made me feel relief. It wasn’t an “I can win your case” it was “let’s get everything together and see what can be done.” I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into. I truly don’t wish a custody battle on anyone. It’s not cheap, it’s a lot of hoping and praying, stress and everything else that can come with it. If you come into it thinking it will be a walk in the park you are setting yourself up for failure. It’s not. It’s brutal. Not a single thing about it is simple. But an attorney that is on your side fighting for you when you’re ready to give up makes all of the difference. Jon was the first attorney that didn’t feed me any lies. He started and we just took everything as it went. Days went on and I just looked forward to the end of a light at the end of the tunnel. Our first day of court I literally had no idea what was going to happen. I was scared and on edge. Jon was a shark. He had everything prepared and knew exactly what to say to help ease the process. On that day, I received everything I was asking for in the temporary hearing. Jon ultimately helped me win my case. He helped put an end to this nightmare I was once living in and I can’t thank him enough for all of his support and also guidance throughout the process. I sought Sabelhaus + Lynch for help with a custody issue. Every part of my experience was a very good one. Price and clarity of cost were very good! Had consult, website claims he is advocate for fathers in divorce/custody. Absolutely is not an advocate for fathers, rather appeared to not be interested in fighting false allegations and settling for minimal visitation. Must ridiculous advice I had from the 15 different lawyers I interviewed. Most declared what is going on in my divorce/custody case is illegal and should be addressed, Boyd basically said, 'thats the way it is' and that I should just accept the false allegations, give my wife our child, and beg for visitation (nevermind the witnesses, documents, and audio recordings that refute her claims of abuse). If you are a father, I would HIGHLY ADVISE seeking someone else. Just seemed to want money to settle and not fight for benefit of client or child. I was disgusted.
